David Feeny

David Feeny, currently a Senior Investigator at the Center for Health Research, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, in Portland, Oregon, was one of the founding members of CHEPA in 1988. He worked at McMaster from 1976 to 1998, teaching in both the Department of Economics and the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

Brian Hutchison

Brian Hutchison became a member of CHEPA in 1998, and served as its director from 2002 until his retirement in 2005. He joined McMaster University in 1975, and is a professor emeritus in the departments of family medicine and clinical epidemiology and biostatistics.

Greg Stoddart

Greg Stoddart, a founding member of CHEPA who served as its co-ordinator from 1988 to 1990, has made numerous significant contributions to the field of health policy. He joined McMaster University in 1976, and retired in early 2008.

George Torrance

George Torrance, a founding member of CHEPA, is a world leader in economic evaluation of medical treatments and health services, and was the first researcher at McMaster University to study in this field. He joined the University in 1967, and fulfilled various roles for the next 30 years, including a term as dean of the DeGroote School of Business.

Christel Woodward

Christel Woodward joined CHEPA as an associate member in 1988, and became a member in 1997. She retired from CHEPA and McMaster University in 2005. She is a professor emeritus in the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and a former associate member of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences.
