If you've tried unsuccessfully to print a curriculum vitae or publication, it may be because you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download this software for free. Once it's installed, you should have no trouble printing these files (called PDFs).

If you are having trouble printing other web pages, it may be because your screen resolution is too small. Most sites are designed for a resolution of 800X600 or higher.
To modify your screen resolution, please do the following:

• Right click on your desktop
• Choose properties from the menu options
• Choose the settings tab
• Change the desktop area slider to a higher resolution
• Click apply
